• Contact details such as address, phone number and email address will be used for administration purposes, invoices, arranging appointments and sending reports.

• Treatment records will be kept and shared with your veterinary surgeon, which is a professional requirement of the governing bodies surrounding veterinary physiotherapy.

• Records of treatments may also be shared with insurance companies in regards to relevant claims made with them. Your data will only be stored on a password and secure protected device. 

 

Access to personal data stored about you and your animal may be accessed upon  request and all records will be kept for a minimum of 7 years.
